近日，本館發現網上正流傳一份有關香港文學資料庫的問卷調查。本館重申：由2008年至今，本館並無進行任何形式的問卷調查，敬希垂注。

It was recently found that a questionnaire on the Hong Kong Literature Database was being distributed through the internet. CUHK Library would like to reinstate that there has been no survey on the Hong Kong Literature Database by the Library since 2008.
